Hopkins, Warren Garnet

November 26, 1925 – June 18, 2022

It is with a sad heart that we announce Warren’s passing at the age of 96. Predeceased by his loving wife and best friend, Doris Ellen (nee Teal) and his cherished sister, Carol Kidwell. Dear uncle of David Teal and Barbara Teal (both of Ottawa), and George Maddison and Charles Maddison (both of Great Britain), and his seven grandnephews and grandnieces.

Warren always had a positive and friendly attitude (especially when there was a chocolate involved). He lived a long and happy life.

The family would like to thank all of the staff at Valley Stream Retirement Residence who worked with Warren and made his time easier after the passing of Doris.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 25th, at 11:30 a.m. at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 403 Richmond Rd. at Roosevelt.  Interment at Beechwood Cemetery.
