It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Mother, Phyllis Mulligan at Viva Retirement Home in Barrhaven on July 14 at 92 (would have been Dad’s 93rd birthday). All her family were by her side.  Beloved wife of the late Earl Mulligan (1995), loving Mom of Nancy (Bill), Neil (Honey) and Kevin (Tammy).  Phyllis will be fondly remembered by her grandchildren Lara and Ryan; Katie, Evan and Shanghan; and Cole, Riley, Blake and Alyssa. Much loved great grandma to Taylor, Ashton, Colton and Addie. Sister to Marion, the late Everett and Eldon and Bruce. A private service will be held on Friday July 17 at Merivale United Cemetery. A special thank you to Viva for the excellent care Mom received over the past 3 years, especially Donna Fey,
Charlene and Abeba. Their love, kindness and compassion were so appreciated.
