Passed away peacefully at the Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus on Sunday, November 24th,2019.  Son of the late Lucille and Joseph Lawless.  Beloved husband of Patricia Lawless (nee Helmer).  Loving father of Brian, Ben (Lisa) and the late Danny.  Beloved grandfather of Brody and Keira.  Brother of Arthur, Timothy and the late Joseph.  The family will receive friends at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Ottawa on Thursday, November 28th from 2 to 4 p.m. Graveside service at St. Philomena's Cemetery, Howe Island will be held on Friday, November 29th at 1 p.m.  In lieu of flowers, donations made to the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated by the family.  Condolences, tributes and donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com
