It is with great sadness that the family of Paul Chapman announces his passing on Thursday May 12, 2022 at the age of 86 years. Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife Gisela, his son James and his son-in-law Charles. He was predeceased by his daughter Deborah. The family will receive friends and family at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road, Ottawa (at Roosevelt) on Wednesday June 15, 2022 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind would be appreciated.
