Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Saturday, January 11, 2020; Olive passed away at the age of 91 years. Predeceased by her parents John Leo Ryan and Neta Charlebois. Beloved wife of the late Yvon Lapensée. Loving mother of Charles, Anne (Robert Nino), and Lyse (Mark Kellett).  Cherished Granny of Kyle, Tyler, Jillian and Christopher.  She will be sadly missed by her siblings Rosemary (late Gervais), Frances (Alphonse), John (Gail and late Irene), Ann (Murray), Joseph (late Sharon), Doreen (Robert) and Alphonse (Heather), as well by many in-laws, nephews, nieces and friends.

A funeral mass will be held at St. John the Apostle Church, 2340 Baseline Road, Ottawa on January 18, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with a reception to follow.  In lieu of flowers, donations to the Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.  Arrangements are in the care of the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes.
