Melinda Cyr

CYR, Melinda Diane - Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Monday, May 1, 2023, at her home in Ottawa. Born September 28, 1977, in Ottawa to Guy (predeceased) and Lillian (MacLeod) Cyr of Cocagne, NB. Beloved wife of Shaun Kilty. Loving mother of Nathaniel, Edmond and Norah. Dear sister of Natasha and Erik Cyr. Aunt to Mia, Anne, Madeleine, Grace, Brenna, and Juliana. Melinda will be sadly missed by her extended family and many friends.

Melinda was a dedicated physiotherapist, ringette coach and avid cyclist and outdoor enthusiast. Cremation has taken place.

A visitation will be held at Tubman Funeral Homes Westboro Chapel, 403 Richmond Road on Monday, May 8, 2023, from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the Celebration of Life at 4:00 p.m. Donations in Melinda’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
