Turner (nee McCooeye), Karen Lynn “Mima”

On Saturday September 10th, we said goodbye to a loving daughter, sister, cousin, wife, aunt, mother, dear friend and grandmother of 6 beautiful grandchildren. At 61, she leaves behind her Father Milton, sister Cheryl (Vernon Durkee) and her late loving husband John Turner and her late mother Bridget Joan McCooeye (nee McAndrew).

Her biggest fans will certainly miss her; Riley (Cody Egan), Kasey (Jacob Eades), Lizzy (Justin Comeau), & Harlen and friend Brad Pierce. Along with her Sister-in-laws Candy (late Bob Pulfer), Leslie (Mike Bumbaco), Paula (Terry McElroy) and Carolyn (late Kevin Turner).

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday September 16th, 2022 at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, Fitzroy Harbour. Reception to follow at the Fitzroy Harbour Community Centre. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice Care Ottawa.

Karen lived every day for family ….
