On Monday, June 6, 2022 at the age of 26.  Loving daughter of Karin and Bruce Johnson.  Dear sister of Michael.  Loving friend of Ryan Maloney.  She will be missed by her special friends Sarah and DJ.  She is survived by her grandmother Lieselotte Hoppe.  Predeceased by her grandparents Erwin Schulz, and Shirley and Keith Johnson.  She will be fondly remembered by her aunts and uncles, Wolfgang (Janet), Doris, Nancy (Bruce), Wendy (Rod), and Stephen (Carole), and many cousins.

Alex was a proud member of the IKEA family.  She volunteered regularly at Fletchers Wildlife Garden.

Family and friends may pay their respects at the Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Rd. at Roosevelt on Thursday, June 16 from 6-9 pm and on Friday, June 17 from 10-11 am followed by a Celebration of Life in the chapel at 11am.  In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association, Ottawa Branch or to Fletchers Wildlife Garden, Ottawa, would be appreciated.  Condolences, tributes and donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com
