Thomas Mulligan

Thomas (Tom) Mulligan, of Ottawa Ontario, passed away peacefully on February 13th, 2026 with family by his side.

Tom was a talented and accomplished carpenter with an adventurous spirit. He had a deep appreciation for fine cuisine, loved fishing on remote lakes and felt most at home on the farm or spending time with friends.

A beloved son, brother, uncle, cousin, friend, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He will be remembered for his endearing sense of humor, his passion for eclectic music, art and design and his deep respect for the natural world.

He loved to share funny and interesting anecdotes about his adventures and was a good listener to those sharing their stories in turn. His witty, quiet calm presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Parkinsons research in his honor.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 21 at 1:30pm – 2pm at All Saints Anglican Church, with a reception to follow.
