Peacefully in hospital, surrounded by the love of his family. Dear husband of Regina. Loving father to Raymond, Tania and the late Nancy. Cherished Opi to Jacob. Survived by his niece Monika and nephews Roger and Pedro. Predeceased by his brother Gerhard (Inge). Special thanks to the staff at the Civic hospital, Pastor Doug Anderson, Daphne Sexton, Sharon Howard and Jane Cowie for their kindness and support. A memorial service will be held at the Lighthouse Free Methodist Church, 355 Moffatt Street, Carleton Place on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
