Shirley Emma Nicholson (Wilson)

March 2, 1936 - December 6, 2019

On December 6, 2019 at the age of 83.  Daughter of the late Hector & Ida Wilson.  Loving wife of the late Lennon Nicholson.  Mother of Terry (Judy), Sherri (Jean), Bonnie-Lynn (Jeff) & Shawnn (Jacqui).  Dear sister of Melvin, Lila, the late Ruth, Doug & Stuart.  Grandmother of Jennifer, David (Theresa), Sarah (Charles), Chantal (Nick), Luc (Rebecca), Nicole (Paul).  Great grandmother of Bailey, Rylan, Brody & Maizy.  Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean, on Thursday December 12, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm and on Friday December 13, 2019 from 10:00 -11:00 am followed by a funeral in the chapel at 11:00 am.  Burial at Pinecrest Cemetery.  Thank you to the great staff at General Hospital and the 5th floor nurses, Katie, Bindi, Alex, Sharon and Dr. Li & Dr. Bau.  In lieu of flowers please donate to the charity of your choice.  Tributes, condolences and donations may be made at www.tubmanfuneralhomes.com
