Peacefully on Thursday, January 9, 2020 at the age of 86 years.  Beloved husband for 56 years of the late Lily (nee Gabriel).  Loving father of Alexander and Ron Kocsis.  Sandor found his way to Canada after the Hungarian Revolution in 1956.  He began his career and worked his way up in the Canadian National Railway and retired as a Senior Investigator for Track & Signals Transportation Safety Board of Canada.  A private family service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ottawa Hospital Foundation.  Special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff at the Ottawa Hospital for their compassionate care and support.
