Peacefully in hospital on Friday, November 8, 2013 in her 99th year. Beloved wife of the late Clarke Stewart. Dear mother of Bruce (Reta) (the late Helen) and Shirley Horton (Lawrence). Loving grandmother of Kerry-Lyn Stewart, Heather Walker (Matthew), Scott Whitehorne (Avia), Sherry LaFratta (David) and 7 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents Ernest and Bessie Dayment and 3 brothers. Thank you to her grandchildren and great grandchildren for their love to their grandmother, with a very special thanks to Kerry-Lyn for her exceptional devotion and care. Friends may attend a memorial reception at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., (between Baseline Rd. and Bayshore Dr.), Nepean on Tuesday, November 12th from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the charity of their choice.
