Ruby Salter

Mother, business woman, military wife, artist, equestrian and long term resident of Richmond, Ontario. Born in Montreal, Quebec Sept 24, 1919, passed peacefully on August 31, 2013. Elsie was predeceased by her husband Lt. Col. William Salter (March 29, 2005) and her son William Silas Salter (Feb. 2, 2012). She is survived by her remaining children Diane, Marilyn, Ted, Beverly, and Kim; as well as many grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. A service will be held on Saturday, November 16, 2013 at St. John the Baptist Anglican Church, Richmond at 11:00 am, all are welcome. In lieu of flowers, for those who wish, in memory of Elsie donations could be made to St. John's the Baptist Anglican Church, Richmond Food Bank or a charity of your choice.
