Robert Larocque

We sadly announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Larocque on January 25, 2024, after a brave battle with cancer.

Robert was born and raised in Ottawa, to the late Frederick and Phyllis Larocque (nee Best).

Loving husband of Delores (nee Lyngard) for 43 years and beloved father to Amanda (Richard). Brother and best friend to Rick (Linda), and cherished brother-in-law, son-in-law, uncle and friend.

Robert was a proud butcher for 40+ years and a lifelong lover of the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and tending to his garden. Friends and family will miss Robert’s sense of humour and his tall tales.

Celebration of life will be held at The Three Brewers, 565 Kanata Avenue (Kanata Centrum) on Sunday February 18^th from 2pm - 5pm.
