Richard Harold Weeks

Richard Harold Weeks, of Ottawa, died on May 9, 2025 in his 84th year. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife Joanne Stoody Weeks, and by his parents Paul Harold Weeks and Winnifred Cecilia Weeks.

Richard is survived by his daughter Sandra Weeks (Colin Cahill) and grandchildren Sadie, Simon and Owen of Port Hope and by his son Kenneth Weeks (Amy Horne) and grandchildren Lucas and Asher of San Diego California

Richard is survived by his sister Anne Thomas (Warren Thomas); his sister Shirley Berghello (James Berghello) and nieces Kimberly Berghello (Darren Quesnel) and Tracy Berghello (John Voisy); his sister Carolyne Esposito (Frank Esposito) and nephews Angelo and Robert and niece Tina; and sister Beverley McKeaveney (Wallace McKeaveney) and nephew Adam and niece Jennifer.

Richard is also survived by his brother-in-law Charles Stoody (Deborah Phelan); his sister-in-law Janet Stoody (James Harding); his brother-in-law Mathew Stoody; and his brother-in-law William Stoody (Diane Shantz).

Born in Montreal, Richard and his wife Joanne moved to Ottawa in 1985 and maintained many friendships and acquaintances in Ottawa, Montreal and southern Ontario over the years.
