Randoll Cecil Armstrong

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Randy Cecil Armstrong at his home on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, in his 59th year.

Randy was the beloved husband of Philomena Visser and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He is survived by his brothers Rick (Colleen) and Ray, his brother-in-law Gerry (Petra), and sisters-in law Annie (Pete Wendzich) and Mia. Randy also leaves behind many cherished nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews who brought him immense joy

Randy was predeceased by his loving parents Graham and Marion Armstrong, his dear sister Elizabeth, his parents-in-law Arnold and Mien Visser, and his brother-in-law Jos Crooy.

Randy was an avid hunter who found great peace and fulfillment in the outdoors. He cherished the quiet moments in nature, the camaraderie of hunting trips with friends and family, and the traditions they had of going to the camp for four-wheeling trips, boating, and just relaxing. His passion for hunting was matched only by his respect for wildlife and conservation, values he shared with those closest to him.

The family invites you to join them for a celebration of Randy's life on Friday, October 10th, 2025, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the Carp Agriculture Hall, 3790 Carp Road, Carp, ON, K0A 1L0. Come share your memories and stories as we honor a life well-lived.
