Passed away peacefully on at the Grace Manor, Ottawa on January 15th, 2018 at the age of 96 years. Phyllis will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her family and friends, especially her 3 children, Joanne James, Jim Patterson, Doug; six grandchildren, Jeff, Mark, Brandon, Lindsay, Steven and Chris, and 4 great children. With respecting Phyllis’s wishes, cremation has taken place and burial of ashes will take place at Beechwood Cemetery in the Spring of 2018. In lieu of flower’s donations may be made to the Grace Manor.
