FRAZER (Lusk), Phyllis. Passed away peacefully in her 86th year on Tuesday, December 7th, 2021. Beloved wife of the late Clifford Frazer. Dear mother of Nancy (John), David (Christine), and Cindy (Jeffrey), and loving grandmother of Laura, Rebecca, Thomas, and Wyatt. Daughter of the late William and Hilda Lusk. Sister to her predeceased brothers -  Eric (Evelyn), Elwood, and Ivan (Anita). Dear aunt of Clifford, Bonnie, Debbie, Linda and Brenda,

Friends may call at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road, Ottawa, Ontario on Sunday December 12, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service in the chapel on Monday December 13, at 2:30 PM. Interment at Pinecrest Cemetery to follow .
