Peacefully, the morning of August 31, 2013, at the age of 68. Cherished wife of Richard for 46 years. Mother of Trevor (Lia), Gordon (Jennifer) and Glenn (Jenn). Gramma of Sammy J., Clare, and Nora. Daughter-in-law of Audrey Fitzpatrick. Friends may visit at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street, Carp on Wednesday, September 4th from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 pm, and on Thursday, September 5th from 10:00 am until time of service, in the Chapel at 11:00 am. At Patsy's request, no flowers please. Donations in her memory should be directed to the Bone Marrow Transplant Program at the Ottawa Hospita
