Gruchy, Megan Christine

December 13, 1978 – August 24, 2021

Unexpectedly in hospital after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 in her 43rd year.  She was loved and will be deeply missed by her parents Chuck and Ann Gruchy; brother Andrew (Jaime Dumont); nieces Alita and Briar and her aunt, Carol Sutherland.

Megan worked as a textile conservator (Museum of History, War Museum and private contracts), and later as a chef (Canvas Resto, Epicuria). She was always the instigator and organizer of memorable family events.

A private family burial will take place at Holy Trinity Cemetery, North Gower.  Those wishing may make memorial donations to Kemptville District Hospital.
