Maureen passed away peacefully on Saturday May 3, 2025 in her happy place, at home in Dunrobin, ON. She had fought a very courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
She will be missed dearly by her husband and travel partner of 25 years, Bryan.
Maureen will be forever in our hearts and missed deeply by her pride and joy, her son Colin and loving stepdaughter Rachel. She will also be fondly remembered by Rachel's husband Campbell, and Colin's girlfriend Ella.
Maureen will be sadly missed by her sweet sista Cindy, brother Steve, niece Sarah and nephew Matthew, as well as many friends and family.
She was predeceased by her mother Margaret and her father Bruce.
Maureen will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, school volunteer and basketball mom, as well as working 37 years with Bell Canada. She loved to travel, puzzle and play cards and board games with friends and family.
There will be no service as per Maureens wishes. A celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
Arrangements entrusted to Tubman Funeral Homes in Nepean. Cremation has taken place.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her honour to the Irving Greenberg Family Cancer Centre of the Ottawa General Hospital, would be greatly appreciated.
