Widdis, M. Lorraine

 Lorraine Widdis (B.A) passed away peacefully on May 11, 2024 at Bruyère Saint-Vincent Hospital surrounded by the love of her family. 

 Lorraine was born on June 6^th, 1925, in Dundalk, Ontario, ON to the late Joseph and Georgina Duff.  Beloved wife of the late Joseph Widdis, (PEng, DFC), who passed away in 1994 and also predeceased by her first husband F/O C.H. Livermore, who was killed in action over Germany in 1945. 

 Loving mother of Ellen (Michael Hanrahan), Pamela (Lloyd Brown) and Candace (Daniel Haug).   Devoted Grandmother of Jeremy, Jennifer, Josh, Jonathon, Darci, Edward, Peter and Rhys.  Loving Great Grandmother of Chloe, Mark, Tessa, Josh, Dylan, Jack, Alex, Riley, Isabella and Noah.

 Predeceased by her beautiful daughter Patricia Johann, who passed away on Sept 20, 2023.  Also predeceased by her sisters Betty Brown, Alfretta Mills, Joan Hayes, and Dorothy Osborne.   Survived by her youngest dear sister Pat Lambertus.

A Funeral Service will be held at Parkwood Presbyterian Church (10 Chesterton Drive, Nepean), on Friday May 17, 2024, starting at 11am, reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to  Parkwood Presbyterian Church are appreciated.
