Freitag - Laura Lynne Marie

September 28, 1967 – September 4, 2022

Suddenly, at the Queensway Carleton Hospital after a short illness, Lynne left this Earth. Born and raised in Manotick, Lynne brought kindness and sparkle to everyone she met and all that she did. A talented photographer, decorator, volunteer, event planner and fundraiser, Lynne had a special ability to make everything better. She spent the last decade in the real estate business, helping people choose the perfect finishes and move into their dream homes.

She leaves behind her mom Marilyn (née Bracken), brothers Hal and Neal, and her loyal companions Keaton and Gracie. She was predeceased by her beloved father Herb.  Lynne will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by aunts, uncles and cousins from the Bracken, Freitag, Reinke and Scott-Thomas families and her countless friends.

To honour Lynne, we ask that you plant some bulbs or flowers, and consciously choose to be kind to someone. Memorial donations can be made to the Ottawa Dog Rescue or the charity of your choice.

A Celebration of Life for Lynne will be held at Manotick United Church on Saturday October 1st at 11am.  Masks will be required.  Those wishing to view the service, it will be live streamed by Manotick United Church at  https://www.facebook.com/groups/348939391785871.
