Formerly of Greenfield Park, Quebec. Died peacefully after a long illness. Beloved husband of Margaret (née McDonald). Dear father of Kenneth (Anne-Marie Crowley) and Jennifer (Thomas Wellum). Fondly remembered by his cherished grandchildren, Rachel and Nicole Roach, and Angelina Correia.

Lorne had a long career in finance at the City of Gloucester and was the dedicated volunteer treasurer of Parkwood Presbyterian Church for over 40 years.

Friends may gather at Tubman Funeral Homes, 403 Richmond Road, Westboro, on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 2:00 until 4:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at Parkwood Presbyterian Church, 10 Chesterton Drive, Nepean, K2E 5S9, on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. For those wishing, donations to Parkwood Presbyterian Church in Lorne’s memory would be appreciated.
