Chapman, Leah Marion Hodge

1922-2021

Registered Nurse - 1943

Daughter of the late George and Della Hodge of Iroquois, Ontario. Predeceased by her husband Fred J. Chapman and by her brother Lyle and three sisters Mabel, Doris and Anne.Survived by her beloved son Robert (Bob) and daughter in law Delores. Also, by several nieces and nephews across Canada.

Well known to thousands of Ottawa sports fans as the long time telephone reservations agent of Big Man Chappy Tours.

Special thanks to Gertie and Dietrich Bach for their unwavering support, and long time Cowley Avenue neighbours Andree Marchand and Liz McCarthy for their many acts of kindness.

No visitation, no formal funeral. A memorial service will be held at time of burial in the family plot at The Point cemetery in Iroquois.
