April 13, 1950 – January 12, 2023

Passed away peacefully at home with family by his side on Thursday, January 12, 2023, at the age of 72 years. Beloved husband for 50 years to Debbie Stultz. Loving father to Richard and Sherri (Michael). Proud Grandpa of Bailey, Joshua and Lauren. Dear brother of Rick and Kevin and brother-in-law to Dianne, Gary and David. Larry was predeceased by his parents Jules and Joan (Smyth) Matschke at a young age and was raised and cared for by his aunt and uncle Lynne and Ernie Matschke. Larry was a long-time volunteer for many organizations and one of his favourite pass times was playing Santa Claus. Friends and family are invited to a service at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 11 a.m.  A time of fellowship and refreshments will follow the service in the Tubman Reception Centre.
