Peacefully, after a short illness, at the Ruddy Shenkman Hospice surrounded by her family, on Saturday, May 9, 2026 in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late William (Bill) Craig. Devoted mother of Scott, Jill (Denis Fortier), and Kathi (Sheldon Post). Cherished Nanny of Amanda and Mitchell.

Sister-in-law of Betty Miller (late Bert), Donna McRae (late Babe). Predeceased by her brother Neil Patterson and brother-in-law Graham Craig. Auntie June to many nieces and nephews and remembered by many special friends.

Special thanks to the caregivers at Stittsville Villa and in her final days particularly the 'Guardian Angels’ at Ruddy Shenkman Hospice.

Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Sunday, May 31st from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 pm. Celebration of Life will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Richmond on Monday, June 1st at 11 am. Inurnment St. Paul’s United Church Cemetery followed by a reception at the Richmond Legion.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Care Ottawa (Ruddy Shenkman) or the Ottawa Regional Cancer Program.
