Suddenly at home on Saturday, September 2, 2023 age 67. Beloved wife and soulmate of Ron McCurdy.  Dear mother of John and Beth Meeks (Jake).  Loving grandmother of Ari Meeks.  Sister of Jim Gillett (Karen Vechiola).

Joy was one of a kind, incredibly intelligent and logical individual who kept her composure even during difficult times.  She was the heart and soul of her family and will be very missed by her loved ones. 

Visitation will be held at St. Paul’s United Church, Richmond on Saturday, September 9^th from 10 am until time of service at 12 pm, followed by a reception. Those wishing may make memorial donations to the Arthritis Society.
