Passed away peacefully at home on November 2, 2017 at the age of 47. Jon is predeceased by his grandparents Thomas and Ruth McGrath and Stepmother, Eveline Rose-McGrath. He leaves behind the mother of his sons Jennifer McGrath; his sons Sheldon and Liam McGrath; his Father Jim McGrath; Mother Alice McGrath (Patton); Brothers Tom (Kim), Dermot (Jennifer); nieces Sarah and Gina, and nephew Nathan. A celebration of Jon’s life will take place on Sunday, November 12, 2017 at the Legion in Bells Corners from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
