Jonah Christopher Baskin-Sauve

Jonah Christopher Baskin-Sauve passed away peacefully at Saint Vincent Hospital on January 5, 2026, at 3:25 am. 

He was a 22 year old man who was loved by all. His love for life was infectious. He loved his game shows and electronics, and loved life itself. Jonah enjoyed his outings with mom, dad, family, and friends. His favourite outings included his trips to Niagara Falls and going to see the ships at Iroquois Locks. Jonah loved all animals, stuffed and alive. He was a compassionate man with a contagious laugh and love for all. He was always so gentle, which made him a lover, not a fighter. 

Jonah is survived by his parents, Cindy Baskin and Paul Bassett, as well as his family and friends.

He will be missed by everyone. Rest in peace, sweet boy. We will love you always, XO.

A private burial will take place in the spring.
