John Woudstra

With heavy hearts, the Woudstra family announces that John Woudstra passed away peacefully at home after a long courageous battle on Sunday, March 24^th, 2024 at the age of 76. Beloved husband for 42 years to Bonnie. Loving father of Melissa, Katie (Dave) and Maggie. Proud grandfather of Ella, Bentley, Beau, and Emma and dear brother of Keith.  John will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

 A Celebration of John’s Life will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes 3440 Richmond Road, Nepean on Saturday, May 11^th, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in John’s memory can be made to the Ottawa Cancer Foundation. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff for their kindness and incredible care shown during John's treatments over the last 23 years.
