Long, John Arthur

Suddenly at home, on Friday, April 1, 2022, at the age of 59 years.  Beloved son of Lois Long née Stevens (deceased), and Royden Long (deceased). Loving brother of Barbara, Carol, Eric (deceased), Elaine (Thomas Cox), and Valerie (Michael Foster).  Cherished uncle of Alexander McKercher, Caitlin Brookes, Tessa Foster, Gethin Cox, Mary Cox, and Paul Cox.  Cherished great uncle of Sloane Brookes, and Lucy Wilson. Predeceased by his brother Eric Long.

Visitation will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from noon until time of service in the chapel at 2 p.m.  The family request that those in attendance wear a mask at all times. Interment will be held at Beechwood Cemetery on Monday April 25, 2022 at 12 p.m. www.beechwoodottawa.ca
