Joanne Plummer

Peacefully in hospital after a long battle with Pulmonary Fibrosis on Friday, May 29, 2026, age 69 years. Born, raised, and having lived her entire life in Manotick, Joanne was the original owner and creator of Mill Street Florist. She will be deeply remembered for her passion, creativity, and the warmth she shared with everyone around her.

Joanne leaves behind her beloved husband, Andrew, and her son, Will. She will also be greatly missed by many friends and relatives who were touched by her kindness and presence. Her passing at such a young age is a profound loss to all who knew her.

A farewell party for family and close friends will be held later this summer.
