Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital on Tuesday July 18, 2017 at the age of 72. Dear sister of Betty Cartwright, and Donald. Joan is predeceased by her parents Omer Taillefer and Rita Murphy, and her brother Bernard. A graveside service will be held at Notre Dame Cemetery on Friday July 28, at 2pm. For those wishing, donations in Joan's name may be made to Easter Seal's Camp Merrywood (741 Port Elmsley Rd, Perth ON K7H 3C7).
