Jesse Craig Michael Hawkins

Suddenly on June 26.  Jesse was the beloved partner of Kaeli McCarthy.  Just 36, he was brimming with life and laughter, only to be cruelly struck down at a moment of their greatest joy. The couple were preparing their new home while eagerly awaiting the arrival of their first child.  Parents Robert and Lynn Hawkins, Kaeli, and her parents Jack McCarthy and Sharon D’Arcy are devastated.  Sisters Kimberly Hawkins and Kate McCarthy are grieving, as are countless relatives and friends.  Jesse’s happy spirit and outgoing nature made him popular with many friends and the students he taught at Algonquin college.  In memoriam, donations to One World Grannies, Stephen Lewis Foundation (www.oneworldgrannies.ca) or a charity of your choosing would be much appreciated.

Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes,  3440 Richmond Road, Nepean (between Bayshore and Baseline Road)

on Friday, July 7, 2023  at 12 noon.
