Jean Elsie (Mielke) Miller

It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Miller announce that she has passed away peacefully at the May Court Hospice, Ottawa, Ontario. 

Jean is predeceased by her husband, Raynor & her brother, Douglas. She will be missed by her two children, Jeff & Julie (Paul) and her two granddaughters, Kayla & Sara. Jean was born in Buckingham, Quebec to Gordon Mielke & Elsie (Biehler) Mielke. 

Jean was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with family. She loved to go on shopping trips and to play cards with her friends & family. She had an artistic side which came out in her decorating & craft ideas. 

Her funeral will take place on Saturday August 23, 2025 at 2:00pm at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church, 643 Inlet Rd., Mulgrave & Derry, Quebec.
