Education and Career: He graduated from the college of Morrison Hill in Hong Kong studying Electronics. After graduation, he worked as a photo development technician. After that, he worked as an engineer for a water filtration company. Glory continued his service technician career fixing crane at a dockyard. Glory later found his passion for photography and videography when he worked as a photographer at a TV station in Hong Kong that required him to work on weekends and evenings. After he married and had a son, Glory switched back to his other passion in electrical engineering for a more balanced work and family lifestyle. Glory immigrated to Canada because of his engineering skillsets. Glory continued his engineering journey in a mid size company in the suburbs of Ottawa as a service engineer.
He was a man of kindness, wisdom, and compassion. He always put others before himself. He was truly a kind person that went of of his way to help others.
He will be remembered for his dedication to his family, a loving father, and his devotion to his job at Instantel prior to his retirement. He was very proud of his work and being a Canadian citizen. He often wear a Canada pin and also his company (where he worked there for over 20 years) pin like what he is currently wearing on his jacket today. He did most of home repairs and home maintenance. The last project that he did with his son was to repair the garage door opener by taking it apart and replacing the pulley inside.
His legacy will live on through his son Alex that took on a similar interest in computers but in software instead of hardware. Glory's legacy will live on through the love of his photography and videography that he had captured.
