Peacefully in hospital on Friday, October 21, 2016 in her 88 ^th year. Beloved wife of the late Donald Smith. Dear mother of Stephen (Marilyn), Margaret Smith (Barry Ballard), Connie Spencer (Michael Connolly), Doug (Lisa) and Richard (Vari Brown). Loving grandmother of Matthew (Megan), Haylea, Amy, Sydney, Emily and Peter. Sister of Ron Wallace (Margaret) and Betty Carkner (late Russell). Also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may attend a visitation at the Kars Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 1610 Roger Stevens Dr., Kars on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 1 p.m. followed by a reception.
