Passed away in Ottawa on September 22, 2013. Predeceased by her husband, William Ovila Charbonneau, parents Arthur and Rachel Turner and siblings James, Sinclair and Eileen (Howard Fumerton). Mother of Arthur (Shirley), grandmother of Daniel, Kimberly (Tyler), Michael (Dominique), great- grandmother of Kassandra Gagne. Family will receive friends at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 3440 Richmond Road (between Bayshore and Baseline Road) on Tuesday, October 1, 2013 from 9:30 to 11 a.m. A service celebrating Helen's life will be held at 11 a.m. Donations to Arlington Woods Free Methodist Church or to a charity of your choice, would be appreciated.
