Passed away peacefully in The Ottawa Hospital, on Sunday January 11, 2026 in her 94th year. Gwen is predeceased by her beloved husband Lloyd Falls and her son Wayne. Mother to Gerald (late Susan Clulo), Glenn (Wendy Falls), Nancy (John Crump), and Laurie (Mike Quenneville). She was a grandmother to Geoffrey (Tracy), Neil (Jody), Leah (Ryan Grassie), Darren, Brittany (Mike Cooper), Ashley Crump (Mark Bachrynowski), Tania Crump (William Nelsen) and Michael Crump (Rachel Mathews). She also will be greatly missed by her great grandchildren: Paisley, Wyatt, Ashton, Oliver, Logan, Zoey, Cerys and Benjamin.

Friends may call at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street, Carp on Thursday January 15 from 10:00 am until the time of the Funeral service in the Chapel at 11:00.
