Passed away peacefully in hospital on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 in his 91st year. William Gerald Morris, beloved husband of Verda Graham. Loving and proud father to Wayne. Dear brother-in-law to Russell (Leila) Graham. Predeceased by his parents Perley Johnston Morris and his mother Lila Leulla Falls his sister Joan Bernard and sister-in-law Gwynneth (H.R. Weedmark). For many years Gerry was a familiar face when you entered the doors at Tubman’s in Carp. His kindness, sense of humor and genuine personality were a tremendous comfort to the families that he cared for. Friends may call at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes, 115 Rivington Street, Carp on Tuesday, August 11, 2026 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. The Funeral will be held in the Tubman Chapel on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 11 a.m. Interment Huntley United Cemetery.
