George Henry Steele

It is with sadness that the family announces the passing of George Steele, of Ottawa, in his 101th year. George was born in Roebuck (Spencerville). Predeceased by his three brothers Lorne, Harold, and Donald.

A great son, brother, and uncle to family in Ottawa and Brockville.

He was a long-time employee of the Communication Security Establishment Canada, a member of Woodroffe United Church, and active long-term member of Sage Kiwanis of Ottawa. George was a devoted Ottawa Senators fan from day one.

At George’s request, services will be held privately.
