Gaye Bateman

Gaye Bateman (nee Lister) passed away peacefully at the The Ottawa Hospital Civic Campus at the age of 97.  She is predeceased by her loving husband Bill (2014).  Proud and cherished mother of Kathryn (Paddy), Paul, Anne (Rick), and Leslie (Warren).  Devoted to her 8 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.  Gaye will be lovingly and fondly remembered by extended family and friends.  Gaye touched the lives of so many and will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, humour and loving spirit. In keeping with Gaye’s wishes, a private family remembrance will be held in Muskoka.  Donations in Gaye’s memory can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
