Gary BANHAM

1957 – 2023

With great sadness we announce the sudden loss of Gary. Much loved son of Edith, (Norfolk, UK) and John Banham (deceased), brother of Elaine Banham-Seed (Norfolk, UK) and uncle of George Seed (London, UK).

Remembered fondly by family and friends in Canada and UK. He enjoyed cooking and was a talented photographer and cat lover. He will be missed.

Gary made his home in central Ottawa enjoying its diverse cultural life, cycling and walking along the riverside. He worked at the Centretown Emergency Foodbank in the 90's and later at Sears Canada. He volunteered at Centretown Community Health Centre at the Computer drop-in and at Parkbus to Algonquin.

His close friend of many years, Sian Warwick would also like to express her deep sorrow at his death.
