Peacefully on Tuesday, September 27, 2016. Beloved husband of Vivien and predeceased by his first wife Erika. Loving father of Michael (Christine Blais). Grandfather of Annalise and Jenna. Also survived by his stepbrother Kurt Scheibel, sister and brother-in-law Marianne and Chris Brealey. Special thanks to Dr. Bacskai, the staff at the Embassy West and May Court Hospice for their exceptional care. Visitation will be held at the
Westboro Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes
403 Richmond Road, Ottawa
on Saturday, October 1 st from 12 noon until time of service in the chapel at 1 p.m., followed by a reception. Those wishing may make donations to the Alzheimer Society, the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart Institute.
