Peacefully at Fairview Manor, Almonte, Ontario on Wednesday, September 25, 2013 in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of the late Elaine Baird. Dear brother-in-law of Helen (late Mel) Craig, Russell (late Claire) Baird, Ellwood Baird, and survived by sisters-in-law Elaine (late Kenneth) Baird and Elizabeth (late Eric) Baird. Survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents David and Martha (Bassett) Bayliss and by a brother Roy Nelson Bayliss. Friends may visit at the Carp Chapel of Tubman Funeral Homes (115 Rivington Street, Carp) on Tuesday, October 1st from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday, October 2nd from 10 a.m. to 10:40 a.m. Funeral Service will be held at St. Paul's United Church, Carp at 11:00 a.m. followed by interment in Huntley United Cemetery. In memory of Frank, charitable contributions may be made to the Fairview Manor or St. Paul's United Church.
