Ethel Georgia Pelletier

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Ethel Georgia Pelletier (née Webster), who left us peacefully on September 11th 2025, surrounded by love.

Born on August 15, 1947, in Kirkland Lake, Ontario, Ethel was the cherished daughter of the late Ethel and Charlie Webster.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Peter Pelletier.

Ethel is lovingly remembered by her daughter Kyla St. Cyr (Richard), her son Scot Pelletier (Nikki Statham), and her adored grandchildren Kory, Alek (Eleea), Khalan, Gryphon, and Isaiah, whom she loved deeply.

A passionate educator, Ethel dedicated her life to teaching and mentoring, inspiring countless students to believe in themselves and their potential. Her warmth, kindness, and gentle humour made her a light in every classroom and every home she entered.

Ethel will be remembered for her boundless heart, sharp sense of humour, and infectious laugh,—a combination that made everyone around her feel welcome and loved.

Her spirit, humour, and generosity will be deeply missed but forever carried in the hearts of those who knew her.

A celebration of Ethel’s life will be held at a later date.
