December 14, 1922 — March 16, 2015
Elinor Duncan passed away peacefully on Monday, March 16th after a brief illness. She was predeceased by her husband Robb (Bob) Collier Duncan (2010). She will be dearly missed by her daughter Corinne, (Tony Vantellingen); grandchildren Juliana, Teresa, and Christian; nephews Jim, John and Bill Hancock, David Duncan; niece Frances Walker and families. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Arthritis Society would be appreciated.
