It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Edward peacefully at home with his wife by his side on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 in his 90th year.  Beloved husband of Mona Palmer of 66 years.  Loving father to Janice (Ken McNeil), Clifford (Ruth Ann) and Donna.  Survived by 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.  Predeceased by his brother Ellsworth and his sister Mae Provost.  Visitation will be held at the Garden Chapel of Tubman Funeral Home, 3440 Richmond Rd., Nepean, on Sunday, September 8th from 6 to 8 pm.  Funeral service will be held on Monday, September 9th at 11:00 am at St. Martins Anglican Church, 2120 Prince Charles Rd., Ottawa. In lieu of flowers donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
